Domestic
We ship from Miami, Florida. All products will be shipped out same day if ordered before 3:00pm EST. Otherwise, please allow 1 - 2 business days to process order for shipping.
Orders may take 3 -7 business days for delivery depending on distance.
All orders over $100 will require signature authorization.
If you do not want signature authorization on your packages, please let us know / include it in your checkout notes.
International
If you are ordering from outside of the continental United States (this includes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO territories), please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
Customers are directly responsible for the any customs charges and/or freight forwarding fees.
Dropship
Some of our products may be directly drop shipped from the factory. This will be noted in the description.
If you are ordering a drop shipped item, please allow extra time for processing and shipping.
Your order may be confirmed, but may not have a valid tracking number until updated.
Returns
Bordallo Outdoors offers a simple 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Within 30 days of your delivery, you may return any detector or accessory for a refund.
Items returned must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, with the manufacturer’s warranty and instruction manual.
Large items or items worth $1,000+ will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Return label will be subtracted from total refund as a shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer will need to purchase the label themselves.
Items that are returned past the 30 Day Period, returned damaged, and/or missing parts/accessories will not be refunded.
